Murray started out in real estate in 1993 working for a mid-size Melbourne development company. In 1997 he was asked to establish a Melbourne office for national property investment advisory, Investment House, a sister company of the highly-regarded Hudson Institute. He helped hundreds of investors identify the best off-market property investment opportunities, which remains the key trait of In2property today.
In 2000 he entered into a joint venture with publicly-listed Deakin Financial Services to establish and operate Deakin Property, which by 2003 had evolved to In2property. The company is now privately owned and based in South Yarra.
Murray has an undergraduate degree in economics (University of Melbourne) and has completed the Graduate Diploma in Property (RMIT) and Certificate IV in Business (RMIT). He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (formerly the Valuers Institute) and a licensed estate agent.
Stanley has many years experience working in the Australian real estate market.
He is responsible for overseeing and developing In2property's channel sales into Asian markets including Hong Kong, mainland China, Malaysia and Singapore.
Damien's love of real estate started early – he purchased his first investment property before the age of 20. Since then he has been involved in buying, developing, leasing and selling real estate across a number of cycles.
He brings a broad range of experience across a number of sectors. He spent three years in the Melbourne CBD Commercial Capital Investment division of Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked closely with developers, institutional investors and high net worth individuals across Australia, South America, Europe and Asia. He has also worked in property investment education where his training and work as an Intensive Care Nurse in Australia and overseas has provided a unique platform for listening to his clients – and identifying and understanding their needs.
Treasha is a Private Wealth Advisor with extensive knowledge in property investment, lending, investment management & financial planning. She also provides a complete "Property Investment Service" ensuring her clients enjoy a seamless process by assisting them in coordinating all services required to secure, build and manage one or more investment properties, including legal & conveyancing, accounting, tax advice, property research, property manager selection, banking & finance, goal setting, investment planning and more.
